About Us
The Battiloro Law Group is a boutique, family-owned firm founded by Gennaro Battiloro, representing injured workers in workers’ comp, construction accidents, and injury cases across New York.
Our Story
The Battiloro Law Group was founded in downtown Brooklyn by Gennaro Battiloro with a clear mission: to provide injured workers with serious legal advocacy in a boutique, family-owned environment that prioritizes individual attention and results.
From the beginning, the firm was built to serve New Yorkers whose livelihoods depend on physically and mentally demanding work. We focus on workers’ compensation claims, construction accident matters, and other injury cases where experience, preparation, and persistence directly impact outcomes.
The firm has developed a reputation for hands-on representation and disciplined case management. Every claim is approached with the same objective: to pursue the maximum recovery available under New York law while ensuring clients receive proper medical care and fair treatment throughout the process.
Our team brings experience from both the legal and medical fields, as well as law enforcement backgrounds. This perspective allows us to understand not only the legal framework of injury claims, but also the real-world consequences injuries have on workers and their families. Whether advocating in negotiations or litigating when necessary, we are fully equipped to protect our clients’ rights inside and outside the courtroom.
Community Service
Hurricane Melissa Relief Effort
The Battiloro Law Group is committed to supporting communities in times of need, both locally and abroad. Most recently, the firm supported a humanitarian relief effort in Jamaica, delivering food, medical supplies, and direct assistance to rural communities impacted by severe storms.
Working in partnership with Jamaican artist Malie Donn and the Uplife Foundation, aid was delivered directly to those who needed it most, helping feed thousands of individuals and families during a period of significant hardship.
Turkey Drive
The Battiloro Law Group recently delivered hundreds of turkeys to families in need as part of a community turkey drive. The initiative reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to giving back and supporting local families during times when help matters most.
